Everything was very straightforward from day 1. We had a unique situation with a pool less than 2 years old that was damaged recently by a maintenance company so are familiar with the initial pool construction as well.


Any new pool or resurfacing requires a lot of homeowner maintenance in the first month after. They offer an option where they help with maintenance in that first month and we gladly accepted knowing how important it is and knew that we also needed to brush the pool on the off days they do not come. Their communication is prompt and service is as well.
